Building a slightly dedicated Silver level 3v3 team

Currently, I'm in a bronze II 3v3 team. I was looking forward to climbing to silver, but they're pretty much never on, which is getting annoying. So I'll be recruiting a few people so I can actually start playing some ranked. Weather you want to start a new team and go straight for a higher tier, or climb the ladder with my current team, is up to you. I'm on pretty much every day, times differ since my work schedule is a bit complicated. Sometimes I'm on at 10 am, sometimes I'm on at 10 pm, it depends if I'm working the day or night shift that day. But I am on everyday. I play a lot of Ryze and Swain, so expect me to play mostly those champs, as they're my best. Although it may be hard because of my work schedule, I'm looking to play with the team every day.
