Looking for People Who Want to Join a Innovated Esports Organization
Hello everyone I just started a Esports Organization and I am currently working on the website. The esports Organization will be different than the common ones such as TSM or Dirtnap Gaming. My Organization will be a Team Building Organization in which it's only goal is to build teams for low or high elo players that suit them the best and weed out people that don't work well in a group setting. We will make sure that the team is well tailored for each players needs and get each team a schedule and get them set up with a coach. I plan on building 6-10 Teams for the time being and my goal is to keep making teams and eventually have teams play each other and have a Tournament that teams will look forward to playing in. Unlike random Team Tournaments, The teams will know each other and it will be a lot more fun playing against some one you know than a bunch of randoms. Co Leader Second in command and over sees the daily actions of the Organization and works with the Lead Coach and Lead Manager to make sure everything is going smoothly.
Lead Coach Recruits the coaches and assigns coaches to teams.
Lead Manager Recruits Managers for teams and assigns them accordingly.
Player Recruiter Finds players who are looking for a team and bring them to our pool process and gives them to a App Manager
Application Manager Sets people up on teams based on their personality, Schedule, Rank and Play style.
Coach Coaches a team and works with them on improving
Manager Works with 3-4 teams on schedule management, Moderation problems and anything else

Your Pros: I dont rage i have good map awarness i never feed and i always have a good positive attitude towards people and the game!
Your Cons: i could improve with farming and roaming. I usually get ahead in a lane but i sometimes have trouble carrying my lead to other lanes which i feel that mid laners should be doing
and etc.
Your Pros: High mechanics, Good team communication, no tilt, no rage, always in good mood and supportive to teammates, Striving to learn more to get better, able to take criticism.
Your Cons: Vision control, playing too aggressive sometimes.
Your Pros: good with communicating, following instructions, and I have a lot of time I put into practice. (80% of the time i win lane)
Your Cons: My computer atm is outdated and obsolete, which I run potentially at 30 fps, I plan on getting a better PC in the future.
