Duo To Climb Out Of Silver With

The easiest way to climb is with a duo partner, but people need to understand that you're not going to win every game. It's a grind. What I'm looking for is someone that is consistently good and willing to be dedicated to the grind with me.

I'm a good adc, top, support, jungle, and non-feeder mid ( don't expect me to carry from mid). I want someone that can carry from other lanes or compliments me in bot lane. Most of all I want the dedication. I'm going to be real and say we need to win more than we lose or this partnership is not going to work, but I'm will to do normals until we sync better.
