Gold V Top/Mid Looking for Team

I've been playing league for about a year now and been on several ranked teams and ready to settle down with a single team. I've ran about 3 rank teams successfully but they somewhere down the road did not work out.

TOP

On top i usually look to play tanky engagers, strong carries, and supportive champions. My playstle shifts weather i am ahead or behind in lane, when i'm even i usually look for trades and farm mosty. When I'm ahead and press my advantage and attempt to deny as much farm from the other laner. If i am behind i play very backwards and attempt to farm under tower, if they are freezing the wave where i can't get to it i either look to roam or invade with the jungler.

Champion Pool TOP:

Mid

On Mid i take high damage assassins, or control mages. In mid i usually play aggressive and attempt to roam to help as much as i can due to mids access to each other lane. I usually look to kill my lane when i am even, just farm when i'm behind, and when i'm ahead i push them out of lane and look to snowball other lanes, unless i am playing a character who is extremely dominant in lane. In that case i'd attempt to completely shutdown my lane.

I am not just picking champs that i have played with before or champs that seem simple enough to play at anytime, all these champs i have either a advanced understanding of or am very close to mastering. I am available usually from 3pm Est time to 10pm and i get on just about everyday.
