LF A head coach for Retribution esports

Hello! My name is Jesse aka ALittleUgly, and I'm the manager for a new esports organization. We are looking for a head coach to help the team reach new heights, and hopefully within the next year get everyone on the team to a level to compete at a d1+ level and become better players and a better team. Right now everyone is a high plat level, but are highly dedicated to learning all they can. Rank doesn't matter as long as your a good coach, but I will be trying you out first.
