looking for a team or a duo (gold-plat) easy climbing

I have about 7000 games played, and I know every role well. I know the game extremely well, but I'm mediocre in every role as well. I Know all of the champs, because i've played them all, and for this reason i am mediocre at them all. I'd say I enjoy adc mid and support most and have a few champs in every role that i am exceptionally talented with. My AD (top/jungle) Fizz is probably high diamond tier. My swain mid is mid plat tier. my gangplank and gragas support are both pretty good(working on them) I'm what people call a hipster i guess(I don't think of myself as that), but if you saw me in real life youd know im just being my own person, i simply hate the meta. I enjoy shotcalling and being vocal in game, but I'm bad at small talk... im just nerdy is all =P my highest ELO rank was plat 3 last season but decayed and im sittin in gold at the moment. i dont play much ranked because i dont have fun unless im playing with a friend.
