(All)(5v5)(S) Looking for Staff (2 Mid-Hi Diamond Teams) (Tourneys, Scrims, & 5s)

Bad Karma is looking for select staff members for our organization. No cut-off for elo, but Gold+ preferred. Must be communicative and easy to work with. All regions allowed, but pref NA (pref EST).

Positions:

Team Manager (1-2 Spots): Organizes scrims and tourney participation. Finds subs and helps with tryouts. Does a bit of player relations. Make sure practices go as planned, making sure players are there and if not subs are found. Works closely with the Head Coach. One of the only roles that does not need to always make practice, just make sure it runs. Also follows whatever work is assigned by the GM / Head Coaches.

Performance Coach (1-2 Spots): Maintains close relationships with the players and helps them perform at their peak potential by removing mental barriers and helping player relations. (Think TSM Weldon). Helps during crucial matches by mentally refocusing the players and helping them from slumps. Also follows whatever work is assigned by the GM / Head Coaches.

Analysts (2 Spots): Works directly with the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches looking up and/or researching anything that is required for them as well as being very knowledgeable about the game themselves offering their opinions and insights especially during practice. In the future, if time comes for more coaches, assistants are looked at first. Also follows whatever work is assigned by the GM / Head Coaches.

Head Coach (1 Spot): This is the big one, you need to have prior experience to be a Head Coach. You need to have mastered Pick/Bans. You need to have very good people skills. You need to be able to devote a decent amount to the org and it's players. Once acquired, you can lead your individual team in whatever way you would like to coach them. You will have free reign over them. Will be an extensive tryout. Also follows whatever work is assigned by the GM.

Team Goals: Challenger in 5s, Challenger Series Tourney, Multiple Tourney wins, and beating every team that scrims us convincingly.
