Ranked 3's to Gold or Higher

I'm looking for two people to do Ranked 3's with. I would like to make it to at least gold by the end of the season. Last year it took me and my team just about four days to do that. It might take a little more time this year, since the Ranked queue is only available at certain times.

You MUST: Be able to carry your own weight. Be able to enjoy yourself (no raging). Be reliable and see this through to the end.

It's okay if we can't work on this every night, but I'm tired of getting halfway through silver and having my team get bored of 3's. It's become a waste of time at that point. Using Discord is a bonus; the map is so small that an immediate MIA is always appreciated.

I usually go solo bot while the others go some tankier/bruiser options. I'm not that great with melee and bruiser champs, so I'm looking for others who are. I'm not a fan of running duo lane rather than jungle since it puts the lane at an exp disadvantage, but I am an experienced support and could probably pull it off very nicely.
