Top Laner looking for team to get into challenger with

To start i am a ranked 5s player, not a solo queue player. Im not good at solo queue because i have a very team orriented play style not a yolo queue ham playstyle. I wish to join a team in hopes of getting it to challenger and shooting for 2016 LCS. This is a lot to aim for and will require a literal fuck ton of practice as a team. I will be able to play almost every night excluding nights i have baseball games, i will share my schedule and we can work around it. When baseball ends in may i will be available everynight just about. I can use any chat system. Below i will list more of an application about myself.

Without communication my teleports are about 60/40

Why do i want to join a challener team: League of legends is my dream. Its what i want to do to sustain myself. Ill do anything it takes to keep on moving to the next level of play. I believe that in a ranked 5s senario i have much to offer to my team as far as communication and knowlege go. I want nothing but to win and be succesful in life and i think league of legends can make my dreams come true. I hope that i can find a team with 4 soon to be friends who want to achieve the same things i do.

A little extra: Dont let my solo queue rank destroy my chances. I know it is low. I cannot make many excuses besides the fact i just dont enjoy solo queue. It is WAY different then ranked 5s, and ranked 5s is where i succeed the most. At least give me a chance at a tryout. I wont dissapoint.
