LF partner for solo/duo Gold IV/III

I mainly play support but also play mid/adc. I'm oddly having a hard time surpassing Gold III. This ranking appears to highlight the distinction between the good players from the bad. Other lanes that I am not associated with always seem to feed while I am usually doing great/fine. I need someone that is good and that can climb quickly. I soared through all of silver and most of gold.
