Don't Forget Chat Rooms for Party IP Boosts!

To join a chat room and invite other people or be invited simple:

-1: On the bottom right of the main scree, in between the "View Friends List" and "View Notifications List": locate a button labeled "View your Chat Rooms Control Panel" -2: Click on the little folder with a + next to it and "Create or Join a Public Chat Room". -3: Type in any name you like. I personally prefer to join the coatrooms "ARAM" and "ARAM IP Party" to recruit people to party up with. -4: Go fill up some parties for 300% ip!
