[LFM] - [SERIOUS] - Looking to create a serious and dedicated ranked team

Hi, everyone I am a gold 4 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. This team will have fixed practice/ playing times so please consider your availability before you apply. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

Requirements for players:

  • Must be Gold +
  • Must be 18+
  • good game knowledge and understanding (knows what they are doing)
  • takes games seriously and does not mess around in ranked (i can totally have fun, troll around during skirms or practice)
  • can play from behind
  • deal with troll, ragers, toxic people
  • none of the 3 from above themselves
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scirms/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

IGN: Pushup Age: 19 Rank: Gold 5 Role: Support or Jungle (Jungle preferred but I'm very comfortable on either) Can you make the following times? Monday-Thursday: 8-11pm on weekdays (7-10pm CST) (5-8pm West Coast): Might cut it close on Thursdays but usually yes Shotcalling ability(1-10): 6ish? I'm comfortable with shotcalling, and I'm pretty good at micro calls, but sometimes on bigger macro plays I think I'm really conservative. ie, I'll call for baron rather than trying to end. There are good and bad effects of that but I think I could be more aggressive and it wouldn't hurt. Prior Team Experience: Lot's of ranked fives. I've been on a few dozen teams but none of them stuck around long term. Looking to find a group that I can stay with and improve with. Strengths: I main support and jungle, and have a lot of experience with them. As support, I have an adaptable playstyle and I can usually develop pretty good synergy with an adc, especially if given a few games to get to know them. In the jungle, I play a very supportive style, ganking early and trying to snowball my laners rather than get heavily farmed or fed myself. I am also very good at picking up new champions quickly. Below or my mains but I am very open to learning new champions that rise to the top of the meta, and playing what's strong. I'm also sitting on about 20k IP if I need to buy anyone that the team wants me to play. Weaknesses: Conservative shotcalling, as I mentioned. I haven't really picked up the super OP jungle champs on this patch, although I've started playing a little Mundo, and more Trundle, who I think is really strong.

As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? I mean, you don't, I guess. But I think you'll see that I am punctual and care about being timely, so hopefully I prove that to you. In the past, the team has had huge issues with leaving players, and loss of dedication. In 2 months , how do we know your going to be here? I plan to stick around for as long as the team stays together. Being on a serious fives team is something that I really want to do and think I would enjoy. Can't really give you any more of an assurance than that, honestly. Do you understand you will be dropped if you fail to show up on time constantly, especially the first time? Yes. Why do you want to join this team? I want to finally be on a fives team that lasts long-term, and that I can use to improve myself in both a team and solo q setting.

Consistantly using wards and good at making plays/combos Weaknesses: Only time i would have a weak game play is when the other team's jung constantly camps my lane making me lose cs and or die As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. I've been pondering on the thought of joining a 5v5 team since my gameplay is obviously above my currently elo. It would seem this team puts in a lot of effort to progress into a well rounded team

In 2 months , how do we know your going to be here?: As long as everyone else is dedicated and at, or around, the same skill level, I'm willing to push through the tough times to succeed in the end. Never tried serious 5's and I think it will be fun.

Shotcalling ability(1-10): 8 Prior Team Experience: I have been on 4 different teams, and I'm currently managing my OWN team. I understand the difference between a successful team, and a bunch of solo-queue warriors who want to play together for fun. I don't play for fun, I play to win... If I don't win I will be the one to help diagnose the game, mistakes of everyone (myself included and primarily.) Strengths: Mechanics, Warding, Map Awareness, Game Knowledge, Champion Knowledge. Weaknesses: Greed, Over-aggression, Focus swapping. As a 5s team, you will have set practice times. How do we know that you will continue to be able to show up for practices? - I currently have no job; I'm moving across the country in a month... So now I'm just killing time, no other obligations. I can't promise that I can stick it out, the lower elo teams just can't seem to push past bad games, losing streaks and things of the like. Teams will refuse to learn from every game (Win or Lose). That being said, if the team you assemble changes my understanding of this elo and 5s teams... You have my word that I would have no where I'd rather be. Do you understand you will be dropped if you fail to show up on time constantly, especially the first time? - Of course; however, if a member has a prior obligation that they have NOTIFIED the team of... What's the harm? Similar to work, no call/no show should never be acceptable... But if you give a week's notice, where do you decide it's alright? Why do you want to join this team? - Committed teammates, the focus on climbing and improving together is the only reason I play this game. You show promise with your post. I have a decent outlook on the game as well as teamwork; I want to share my time with others to achieve a common goal.
