Looking For Non-Ranked Or New Players That Just Reach Lv 30

Hi guys i just started to play League Of Legends recently and I need a new ranked team. I like to main top, and I have a friend who mains adc. I would like to have a Jg Main,Support Main, And a Mid Main. But you would have to be able to play 1 other lane besides your main, just in case one of us are gone or you dont get your lane. Thanks!
