Building a Ranked Team for New Brand (OTHER PERSONNEL NEEDED ALSO)

Currently, I am in the process of building a brand for league of legends. I do still have a large number of things to complete to grow as an actual brand. I am looking for the following as I build:
- A Competitive Team to play for the Community
- A coach for said team
- person(s) familiar with discord to create and grow a discord for the Community
- Players to play and stream under the Community name
I have the site in progress listed and I will be purchasing a domain very soon, more than likely once the site is finished 1-2 weeks.
