Top/Mid LF Serious Team Any Rank

I have become quite competent in both top and mid but don't have a consistent group to play with. My Solo queue rank is only Silver 5 but I am confident that I would be able to fit in with a team even above that due to my game knowledge gained from closely following the pro scene.
