Looking for gold (solo que) ranked team. I play Mid or Support

Ideally I am looking for a group of people who would like to practice as a group and improve. I would prefer to play normal games together; before diving into ranked games in the future. This way we can learn each others strengths and weaknesses, as well as work on viable team compositions.
