Looking for Duo to get out of bronze

Not sure it will help but i would like a semi reliable duo partner.

About me made it to B1 last season. I like vision so i buy wards, and upgrade trinkets. I main jungle and top, with my third pick being supp. I'm past the rage phase of the game. Just want to get better. I am on most evening after 6pm eastern standard time, for a few hours.

What I am looking for is: Someone comparable if not better skill than I. Wants to learn and get better. Feels they can take and receive advice. Doesn't conflict with role choice. mid/adc mains preferable.
