I'm looking to found a team of players like myself who are looking to play at the highest level, but are currently ranked in solo que Gold II-Diamond IV. I'm looking for players who will dedicate a large portion of their time to improving on an individual and team based level. In order for a team like this to work there are 4 things that must be true:

  1. The team is committed to a single goal, and to putting in the work necessary to achieve this goal. A large reason why amateur teams fail in league (I'm speaking from personal experience here) is due to lack of a shared goal. In order for a team to stick together for the long term, they must be united under one idea or goal in which they're ultimately striving towards, and that they are truly dedicated in achieving. Without this ultimate uniting goal, that players are truly dedicated towards, the door is left open for apathy, laziness, and player-player tensions to sneak in. On the other hand when a team is united in this goal they can overcome all obstacles and setbacks because the end goal is more important than the present setback(s).

  2. The team does not play for fun. Which leads us to point 3.

  3. The team plays for Mastery. Now it's obvious that Mastery is not achievable, at all. Faker has not mastered the game, Smeb has not mastered the game. However, what sets apart players that ultimately do well at the highest level, and those who do poorly at the highest level is what they play for. People really wonder why Asia has consistently dominated Worlds? It's been said by multiple people and i'll just reaffirm it here; Asiatic teams play for Mastery. Of course there are other key reasons why they have an edge at worlds Hint Hint: Coaching staff has been a huge reason why. However really the main and sometimes subtle reason why these teams are better is because they play for mastery. To be honest this is actually mostly just a cultural thing, (if we look at the education system and Asia as well as the virtues they are taught it confirms this fact). So to tie this back into amateur teams. Amateur teams live and die by what they play for. If you want to play for the long-term and achieve success at high levels you MUST MUST MUST MUST, be playing for mastery. There is no other way around this.

  4. The team has a competent, committed, and caring coaching and support staff. Although amateur teams can survive long term without this, these teams cannot thrive without them. I could say a lot more on this subject from personal experience but will not post such thoughts here for that org's sake. I can explain this concept in PMs if you want.

Why I want to play for this team: I play League to become the best, I play for Mastery. Playing with like minded players in a teaching and competitive environment will further me along in this journey.

Career Highlights: I've solo killed Crimelord in Ranked 5s twice in a game and I've solo killed The Italian God twice in a Zed 1 v 1.

In game Strengths (don't bullshit this): Can play both styles of the lane well (According to my support; aggressive or passive) and can soak up pressure from 3-5 man ganks and escape while letting my team get leads other where. I am great at teamfighting and playing from behind.

In game Weaknesses (don't bullshit this): Sometimes I tunnel vision on my lane and Cs, but it can be prevented by talking teammates. Sometimes I frontline as adc when I'm ahead to punish, and I get greedy. I like to afk farm when I'm behind and stall the game until I have three items.

Teamate Strengths(don't bullshit this): I love to constantly talk about my lane and cooldowns and opportunities. I can be serious and relaxed and mix the two when needed.

Teamate Weaknesses: I try my best not to tilt in game and spread it to my teammates, but it happens sometimes. I am working on staying positive even when behind by a huge margin.

Why I want to play for this teamg in this journey.: I play League of Legends for the competition and I feel like teams are the best way to achieve that. I want a serious team that can climb and improve myself as a player and a person.

Previous Competitive Experience as Player: I played on a team in a clan tournament. I played Top & Support, which I shotcalled in the support position.

Career Highlights: We were down by about 8,000 gold in one game and the enemy team was on baron. I hit a 5 man Braum ultimate into Yasuo Ultimate and we aced them and took the baron.

In game Weaknesses (don't bullshit this): I get greedy sometimes, id rather play safe then sorry, don't take big risk, dont like missing farm. my main account (was in same elo range) got banned for being toxic, i'm reformed kinda...

Teamate Strengths(don't bullshit this): i try to play how my team plays, like team fights, dislike losing but l learn from my mistakes

Teamate Weaknesses: i don't believe in tilt its either i have a bad game or i don't, if we are behind i play for late game.

Why I want to play for this team: i want to become better at this game and i think with this team i can. i don't play to lose.

In game Strengths (don't bullshit this): strong mechanics sometimes struggle in laning phase but very good in team fights i do alot better when with a team and communicating very passive-aggressive player

In game Weaknesses (don't bullshit this): sometimes go too aggressive and tunnel vision hard champ pool isint that big

Teamate Strengths(don't bullshit this): i am comfortable playing whatever the team needs and im pretty easy going and take criticism well

Teamate Weaknesses: sometimes tilt when we get stomped kind of hard for me not to but ill do my best to stay calm focus and play for late game

Why I want to play for this team: teams rarely last very long and its annoying i want to play with a group of people who wants to get better and stick together for more than a couple weeks or a month

Previous Competitive Experience as Player: i have played as a mid laner jungler and adc for various teams such as Team wicked, Desperado e sports, 5th dimension, DMT , Predators E-sports, and various other organizations and some more casual teams (cant remember the names lol also old name was OH SH1T WADDUP) and with these teams i often competed in leagues i think 3 different ones but sadly all got cancled before the end...

Career Highlights: im not too sure the highest ive gotten was plat 1 series for diamond lol and as for specific moments i dont really remember

In game Strengths (don't bullshit this): Team Comps are one of my favorite things to set up, as well as mid game strategies, using strengths of compositions to take objectives and team fights. I also can get into the math for optimizing build paths. The most important piece of a game is closing it out once you have a lead, or being able to start taking objectives back when behind, all of which I would be happy to help with. I also do extremely in-depth scouting reports and prep for other teams in tournament play. You will know their weaknesses and their strengths and how to counter those.

In game Weaknesses (don't bullshit this): Personally, my game mechanics are not great, but my macro knowledge and sense of composition are. I also don't actually play the game as much as i used to, but i watch almost every game from all regions.

Teammate Strengths(don't bullshit this): Calm, problem-solver. Excellent at keeping comms healthy and about the game. Discussion is ok, but its saved for after the game. In game, YOU have a job.

Teammate Weaknesses: I'm not a teammate, I'm your coach. I wont act like a teammate in any way. You will come to me for problems, but otherwise, I will be the bad guy.

Previous Competitive Experience as Coach: Coached a Plat level team for about 6 months before the team separated. Competed in lots of amateur tournaments.
