S6 PLAT/ S5 GOLD ADC LOOKING FOR SUPP to climb from silver to gold

I need a supp. Most supps in flex are garbage no offense. Looking for a supp that knows how to help manage a wave and understand when to apply pressure and is aware of the map and resources (specifically when to use mana). not looking for a ward slave or shield slave but a decent supp who doesnt take free damage and charge into a minion wave and wonder why I didnt follow.
