Bronze 3 Sona Support main looking for a lowish elo team

Title basically says all. I main Sona but I also play Soraka, own and mildly know my way around morg and fiddle. I'm working on bettering myself and trying to get out of Bronze and I don't feel that Solo Q is the place to do it.
