help from higher elo?

Looking to play normals with a few higher elo players and get some advice, I seem to have run into a wall right after I hit gold and I'm having a lot of trouble winning games games now. I'm not entirely sure what I should be changing. I'm hoping to get some personalized advice from someone who has climbed higher and is willing to check out my gameplay. I main adc.
