[LFM] - [SERIOUS] - Looking to create a serious and dedicated ranked team

Hi, everyone I am a gold 4 adc main looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. This team will have fixed practice/ playing times so please consider your availability before you apply. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be willing to take this team as far as we can go. So if you are not serious enough then this is not for you. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.
Requirements:
- Must be Gold +
- good game knowledge and understanding (knows what they are doing)
- takes games seriously and does not mess around in ranked (i can totally have fun, troll around during skirms or practice)
- can play from behind
- deal with troll, ragers, toxic people
- none of the 3 from above themselves
- can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
- seriously want to climb
- has voice communications and working mic
- punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scirms/ranked/meetings)
- and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Prior Team Experience:i have played team ranks with a couple of teams but it has never gone through due to the team not being able to commit.
Strengths: warding, pinging, building to assist my team and adc, when a tank a big engager when appropriate.
Weaknesses: forgets to ward after wards die, usually about a minute or 2 after can cause a gank and death, need work. sometimes when i get to focused i go quite and forget to communicate.
I am looking for a dedicated team, as long as scheduled practices are able to be adjusted in case of other life events, practices shouldnt be a problem, and i would like to join this team because of the dedication it is showing and is something where people would want to work towards diamond or higher.

Prior Team Experience: Tons - I've led a few teams of my own as well as participated in a few, only one ever made it to a tourney unfortunately
Strengths: I take ranked very seriously, I'm focused. I'm a support player at heart, no matter what role I play - the agenda of the team goes before anything else.
Weaknesses: I carry when I'm tasked to, but I usually take a back seat like an off-carry of a sorts. (EDIT: This applies to my jungle play only)
