LF Silver Smurf to duo me to gold

Hi everyone, I have been stuck in elo hell for a while now. I got banned a few months back and ever since then riot seems to place me with bad teams and afkers consistently. I have watched about every single video, read every guide on how to get out of silver but nothing works. Im not saying I'm a perfect player but I'm above the elo im at (Currently receiving 24lp per game and losing around 15) So I'd like some one of gold elo or higher to duo with me to help me push through silver to gold, and overall help me become a better player so I can climb even further.
