Support LF Ranked Team

Hey everyone, Let me start off by saying that I'm not the greatest player. I know that there are things I need to learn, and things that I need to improve on. That being said, I don't think I'm terrible, I have a fairly good grasp on game mechanics, as well as a good knowledge of pretty much all of the champions, even if I don't own them. I'm having a real hard time climbing out of Silver 5. I think one of the biggest barriers I'm running into is queuing solo doesn't allow me to build any sort of synergy with players I'm supporting. I'm always willing to change my playstyle, builds, and setup to accommodate most ADCs that I support, or team compositions. However, I'm finding that more and more, people are stuck in their ways and aren't flexible, expecting teams to play they way they want instead of working together. This shows itself in the ugly talk when a team starts to fall behind, blaming everyone for losing instead of talking about how to fix the problem. It's not very constructive or helpful, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. But I haven't given up on the community yet. I know there are really good and nice players out there. I try to be as upbeat and kind as possible during games, even if people sometimes interpret it as weakness. I'm looking to join a group of people who I can grow and climb with. I'm a quick learner and adapt very easily to most situations. I prefer playing Support, but am always open to fill other roles if the team requires (although, I'm still pretty weak at jungle).
