[LFG] Gold ADC looking for Serious Ranked 5's Team!

Hi I'm Cappello, most people just call me "Hex" or "Cap", and I'm looking for a serious ranked 5's team to improve with!

About me: I'm an ADC main. I started back in S2, and have learned lots thanks to a few players I know (Caztro, Chilloutbroski, and a few others). I'm a pretty laid back individual getting along with most people I meet. I have a pretty good knowledge of the game, items, champion abilities, ect. I'm not judgmental of solo queue ranks, everyone starts somewhere, unless provoked. I have experience coaching lower elo players teaching them how to carry themselves (not just physically but mentally as well) out of bronze/silver. Reason for Team: I've been on and lead many competitive teams, even going as far as getting one a sponsorship through a small organization. The role of leadership is a very tough position, especially when you have individuals you bond with during practice. For that I've stepped down from the team I previously lead, as it involves many difficult decisions regarding the direction and focus of a team.

My main reason for finding a competitive team is to improve personal skills in a contained environment. To be brief, there's only so much you can learn in solo queue alone. I'm not asking for an "amateur LCS" team, just four other individuals with like-minded goals to improve. If we happen to win a few tournaments along the way, or figure out we can actually make it in the competitive scene then that's just a bonus.

"FAQ" What's your favorite champions? -My favorite champion has, and always will be, Draven! Here's challenging to play and highly rewarding for playing him well. My next fav is between Ezreal & Lucian, both a really fun to play although Ezreal doesn't get much love from me anymore. I can play most ADC's well though, except maybe Vanye... she's a bit more challenging due to her short range and low HP pool.

What's you favorite combo's bot?

• Draven & Nami have always been really good. Morgana & Caitlyn are great too, and Thresh & Lucian are pretty strong. Even though I feel like a lot of support mains don't maximize Thresh's full potential.

What's your Average CS by 10mins? -Ideally I'd like it to be as close to 100 as possible, although I haven't been able to do that in ranked queues (yet)! My average CS in games are typically around 75-83cs at the 10min mark. On games where I've been "on-point" I've been able to get 91cs!

What do you feel like the most important aspect of ranked is? -That's a tough question to answer because there's a lot of things to do in team ranked to be considered decent. I guess the most obvious choice would be good communication. I personally feel that just knowing where to be is pretty important (comes along with common sense, the curse of mankind!). I've just noticed too many people get caught out for silly reasons, like not watching the map or just poor walking paths.
