Hi, everyone I am Nirvoy, the Captain of the team and i'm looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be playing in the TMG league. So if you are not willing to make a full commitment, please don't apply. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

**Requirements for players: **

  • Must be Gold/Plat
  • be able to deal with negative players and not exhibit such qualities yourself (Zero Toxicity policy)
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scrims/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Requirements for coach/ Analyst:

  • good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

Any prior team experience?:Yes i have been on a team for about 3-4 months and now im team less looking for you and i've been in tournaments before and do practice and helps others same with they do to me .

List some of your Strengths:Ganking really early when pushed up,invading a lot when the jungle is on the other side,taking out early dragons and rift. Talking to my team the whole game even if we are losing still keep talking.

List a few things you would like to improve on:My ways of clearing a camp for nidalee ,knowing when to push the wave and how far, and knowing if we can take dragon and rift/means how low we are.

Reasons for wanting to join such a team:Because i want to be able to be on a team that would take it serious and i love team work meeting new people learning to get better and helping others and telling me my mistakes so we can get better as a team and kick some ass :P Out on the rift. add me in game and thank you :)

Im currently working on my own team as a player so my time is limited. I would like to coach through watching VODs to see what mistakes are made and what needs to be improved on. This requires a player to record or stream games.

Do you have any prior experience in this position: No but I know the game. My coaching style will be very direct/blunt and will call out mistakes and remain objective.

List some of your Strengths: I am a relatively consistent laner and can avoid ganks easily. I can abuse mistakes the enemy makes easily. I always listen to calls (even when I think they are bad).

List a few things you would like to improve on: Try to not make reckless decisions and follow dead teammates. Not getting tilted my ignite

Reasons for wanting to join such a team: I want to play in a tournament scene with people who are serious about it.
