(NA)(S) Looking for D3 & up Mid Laner for a Mid-Diamond to Low-Master Team

The cut-off is Diamond 3. We are a team that wants to make an impact in the tourney scene and later hope to qualify for challenger series. We are looking for a dedicated mid starter that will not only play well but properly represent our brand.

We are a 10-man squad, meaning two of each role. We have around 15 staff members including Coaches, Analysts, Managers, and Assistants. In total we have around 30 people in this org (Players + Staff). We take this VERY serious and expect applicants to do the same. You will be met with an environment of people wanting to succeed in eSports. We are very organized and very determined to stake our claim in this world.

-Player Qualifications:

We are looking for a player that truly wants to improve his play & with his team. A player that does not succumb to his emotions and keeps a steady head. A player that actively communicates and creates a positive atmosphere inside and outside of the game. A player that is dedicated to his craft, his team, and his org. A strong willingness to learn and interact with the team. (PRACTICE: Monday & Friday at 7PM EST, and Wednesday at 5PM EST. 4 hours on Wed, Fri while 2 hours on Monday.)

-In-Game Qualifications:

Mention previously, we are not looking for anyone below Diamond 3. You must be able to play all of the meta picks (ex: Viktor, Vlad, Azir, Cass, Tali etc etc) and upcoming picks. You must be able to play differently styles of mid (Roam, Wave Clear, Lane Pressure, Supportive, etc etc). You must be able to keep up with the meta and all of its nuances. You MUST be a team player & very communicative.
