Looking to make a silver ranked team

~ FOR PLAYING ON THE TEAM ~

Looking to make a silver ranked team that will constantly be on, and wanting to improve at the game. I was Gold III and now i'm in Silver and decided to go ahead and start a ranked team here. It's preferred that you were gold last season but high silver will also work.

I am looking for a Top Lane, Bottom Lane, and Jungle to complete this team.

• Have Skype/CS/Discord Ect.

• A good amount of experience at the game (At least 1000 hours) (http://www.loltimeplayed.com/)

• An open schedule (I cannot stress this enough, i will not accept a schedule that is already filled up, School, Work, ect. are fine)

• A willingness to improve and learn.

*Dedication (Not leaving after one loss, or one really bad game, or even if a teammate feeds)

~ Goal ~

1. We will play as a team, improve with syenergy, work on comps, get to know each other and grow into a family

2. As we play we will began to enter tournaments when everyone is around plat level, or its a unanimous decision that we are ready for tournaments.

3. We will continue to work and grow on the team from there, I'm looking to take this team as far as it wil go.

~ FOR STAFF ~

I am also looking to get a coach/annalist for the team. I also want an art designer, video editor and such but those are things for later in the future and are not required as of now.

~ Coaches Job~

• To Watch our games and tell us what we've done wrong and right, and how to improve on said things.

• To keep the team motivated even through hard times.

• To make sure each member is updated on the current meta, and if the coach finds anything in particular that isn't meta but is still quite good to inform the players.

• To help us form comps and go over them, tell us how the comp should be played, what the bans and priority picks for this comp are, ect.

I'd really like the coach to more or less have extensive wisdom of the game rather than be a high rank, though Plat and up would be preferred.

Ranked Team Experience: I've been on multiple ranked teams and decided to create my own, two of which of those ranked teams have competed in a tournament. Coming in dead last in one, and the other one in 2nd place with an RP award.

A short answer on why you want to join the team

I wanted to make a ranked team because i wanted to be a part of something greater than my self, I've always loved league of legends and feel that with hard work and dedication i can make a career out of it. I don't mean going to lcs exactly but that would be nice, i just mean being known in the league community like people such as Sky Williams, Dunkey (formerly), Rvzstealth, or Redmercy. I believe being around like minded people would only increase my chances of this actually happening.

Dedication/Active: I am very active and on every day, I am dedicated enough to make it to every practice and make sure everyone knows when i won't be making it to a practice. It is usually for a good reason.

~ Final ~

We won't pratice every single day, cause everyone wants free time to play with there friends or go and do something outside of league. For example i love playing Street Fighter V and i also love going to play Soccer or go out with my friends. I even love just taking a break and not having anything to worry about. The Schedule won't be anything to crazy, maybe pratice on Mon, Tues, Thursday, Friday, and maybe sometimes on Sat. Of course we can practice more than this if people are up to it, on the off days you can even play members of the team freely to improve synegery on your own. I encourage bot lane to play together a lot, as you'll be spending the most time with each other in game.
