Level 17 player looking for coach, people to play with

I'm new to LoL and to MOBAs (started Jan 4 of this year.) However I'm finding this game a ton of fun to play so I want to get better. Part of that I know is getting in a lot of practice time in games and even in custom games. What I'm finding is that normal games can be very frustrating because I have no idea who I will be paired with. I've recently had some very bad experiences as a support when my ADC behaved rashly and then blamed me when I was unable to save them from their mistake. (I'm sorry, but if you try to stand up to a Volibear charge when he has a level on your Jinx, there isn't much I can do to save you, especially if you are already at the edge of the range of their tower. - [happened to me recently and had the Jinx say I was the worst support ever because I didn't go in and die for them.])

I am willing to play any position and have champs that can play each spot. (my middle is probably weakest as I only have Diana and Annie right now).

So, I'm looking for people who are about my level and like to play normal, ARAM, Dominion, 3v3 and have teamspeak or another system that allows them to talk in matches. (I can download if I don't have it.) I enjoy being able to talk while in a game.

I'm also looking for a good coach who is patient and willing to take me into custom games or normal games to watch my play and make suggestions. I am very much a "learn by doing" person. Please don't tell me to go to Youtube and watch X videos put together by Y or to watch the last Z matches in the LCS. I do not learn well that way.

I usually am in the game from 5-9PM pacific time on weeknights and quite a bit on weekends recently. I should warn that I'm quite a bit older than the average LoL player. I have no problem learning from someone younger though, just as long as they are patient with my mistakes and quirks.

Well I won't be able to TEACH you, because I'm horrible. But I'd love to play with you. Do you have mumble? I can message you the ip of a server that I occasionally go on on Mumble. (I apologize for my grammar. It's like 1 pm, so really early.) Nvm can't figure out how to msg. IGN for lvl 29 is: icedraikon Lvl 8 is: Firwen Add me on either (If you want). Hey, from what i'm reading you're making good advancements in learning the game if you understand that much about what happened to the jinx, with that im impressed. I'm a gold V who's up with playing with you to help you level and coach you if you want. Im 18 and just got a new job so my schedule might be a little weird at first but once i get everything settled i can teach you in my free time.

Some of these suggestions you may already have been using but this is will give you a leg up on learning things that some people over look.

Firstly, use the y button to unlock your screen.

Go into a custom game by yourself and go into settings.

Decrease the hud scale to give you slightly more area on your screen. Keep the map large.

Switch all of your abilities to quick cast. With this check the box at the bottom of the screen so you can see the UI while using quick cast.

Map the t button to quick alert Ping.

If you have 4 spare buttons on your mouse map keys 1,2,3,6 if you have more you can map laugh or dance for style points.

If you have more keys on your mouse you can map "attack move click"
