Plat Team Recruiting Top/Jungle and Coach/Analyst

Hey everyone, I'm starting a team up to hopefully enter amateur tournaments and maybe eventually some higher skill tourneys.

The team is currently just me and 2 of my friends, I'm the support. We're both mid plat.

Our team will most likely be using Discord so that's a must, as well as a working mic. Age requirement is 16+

We'll setup a probably 5 day/week practice schedule once the 5 starters are picked. hopefully we'll find some subs as well and have some practice schedules to include the subs in our team.

Last of all we'll be doing tryouts tomorrow (5/24) starting at approximately 3pm PST.

IGN: Fun Carnage Age: 18 Timezone: CST When are you able to coach/analyze for us?: Prefer coaching after games not during (some teams want to be babysat) I'd prefer to watch the games in my own free time in a stream VOD/recording then review with team before a days practice so that there is a focus on improvement for the day with set goals.

Do you have any previous experience coaching/analyzing for a team?: Nope

Explain what it is you'll be doing for us as the coach/analyst: Watching VODs then reviewing with team before a day of practice starts. I give set goals and ideas to follow in the games in order to improve. I will talk one on one with players to measure team chemistry and to speak specifically to mistakes and areas for improvement. I can develop team comps based on champion pools and go through pick and ban phase.

IGN: Yunshikshin Age: 16 Role: Top/Jungle Current Season Rank: Gold 1 (about to hit Plat 5 Tonight) Do you have Discord and a working Mic?: Yes Timezone: EST When can you practice?: Very flexible schedule. Champion Pool: Top: Gragas/Maokai/Ryze/Riven/Poppy Why do you want to join our team?: I didn't do so great last season and didn't really care about ranked much. This season I practiced a lot and managed to rise in elo a lot and am striving for Diamond by the end of the season. I don't have that much experience in Ranked 5's but I hope that this team is the perfect place to get started. Why should we pick you instead of someone else?: I have very good mechanics and decision making, you wont ever see me die top lane 1v1 and my map awareness is good enough that I wont die to ganks unless I get three manned. My jungle pathing is pretty good though needs improvement. What can you bring to the team if we accept you?: A very calm, simple minded top/jungle main that wants to improve.

Champion Pool: Diana Graves Kindred Ekko Vi Why do you want to join our team?: Looking for a more competitive League experience. Been part of plenty of teams in the past. Why should we pick you instead of someone else?: You'd probably have to assess that in a game and compare to the others. What can you bring to the team if we accept you?: Strong gameplay mechanics, superior game knowledge and vision. I'm also a pretty chill guy.

Why should we pick you instead of someone else?: I handle criticism well and am ready to improve and become a great top laner. What can you bring to the team if we accept you?: Eager personality, discipline, and just a joy for the game. I want to grow and become better so I'd bring that too. I also have a bit of shot calling experience.
