Status: Around, playing some games, etc.

Welcome to my recruitment thread, stay a while and see what it is that I am looking for! So let me tell you about the team before you apply and we'll go from there! Thanks for reading!

------------------------------------------------------ About the Team ------------------------------------------

The team has a few simple, yet common goals that many other teams might have. Like many teams, I am building a team of committed players who are serious about improving. themselves and their team-play style. Below is a general list of things I am looking for in a player who applies for the team. If you feel that you have similar goals then please read on!

  • You want to improve as a player, but feel that you are unable to grow as fast by yourself.
  • You can handle criticism(constructive) well, and are willing to admit when you've made a mistake.
  • You are looking for a team to play with regularly
  • You are a competitive person who wants to win games
  • You understand that losses come with the best lessons
  • You are willing to take a look at replays and discuss games
  • You have interest in competing in amateur tournaments for RP and other prizes in the future

Here is a list of requirements that I ask you to meet before applying:

  • Teamspeak is a must. We will use this over anything else make sure you have it installed and ready
  • Attendance is key; Install a smartphone app called Line so that we can stay connected outside of the game
  • Have a decent champion pool for the role you are applying for
  • Apply for one role, we aren't looking to switch around every couple of days.
  • Be at least Silver 1+
  • Be available to play on Weekends and understand that the team may take priority over other games sometimes.

The team will decide on times after we have a roster planned out. Tryouts will be via Normal Draft pick. If we are unable to find all 5 players we will play with what we have until the roster is filled.

Note: Once the team recruitment is finished, please allow up to 100 games to be played before leaving. The same goes for me kicking people off, a team must play a decent number of games to actually build real synergy and understand the play styles of each other. Please allow that amount of time to establish a proper team environment. Expect to play together for a month or two before kicking the bucket.

However I am willing to remove players for extreme toxicity, rage, flaming, etc. Just something to keep in mind coming into the event.
