Fellow Bronzies Needed to Duo

Tonight and tomorrow I plan on playing ranked a bunch in a feeble attempt to get to silver 5. I just got demoted to Bronze 3 after some rough games, and so I have a climb. I'm a good support and adc and I'd like to find some people to duo with who can play the solo lanes or jungle well, so we have the best chance at winning. No joke, I almost always win bot lane (I can carry an adc as a support) but it seems like the solo lanes feed 75% of my lost games.

I'm fully aware that I am in bronze for a reason, and all of my losses can be attributed to mistakes I make, but I am also aware of my skills and I really do play competently. My problem is learning to use an advantage I have from laning phase to help my team. Since I don't know how, I go from 5-1 laning to 5-8 once we hit mid game because all the drama from the solo lanes spills into bot lane lol.
