LOOKING FOR A COACH

You will learn plenty when you start playing ranked. 1-30 you should just be learning about champ kits/game mechanics/counter play, etc. 30+ is when you start honing on your personal skills as a player.

Don't play ranked when you hit level 30 if you're serious about climbing and not being stuck in bronze/silver.

Surround yourself with only good players, queue up with them.. play against high golds, plats and diamonds and expect to get shit on constantly. When you learn to adapt and hold your own against them, only then play ranked with people that you know are good. Play duos or trios only, don't do a full 5 man team. Play the same role and same champ. Really truly master your champ. You should be able to know how much damage you'll do/take at all stages of the game. Look up your opponents before every game. See what runes and masteries they have.

If you're in your promos and you look up that you're laning against a fiora who has 100 games played on her with an 85% win rate, chances are you're fucked. Look up your teammates too if you get the sense youre playing with scrubs. If someone locks in Lee Sin mid in bronze or silver, I'd dodge, shit like that.
