Equinox Gaming (@EQXGaming) Recruiting High Plat/Diamond Top and Jung Main

I am the owner and manager of the Plat/Diamond team Equinox Gaming. My job is to handle the roster, media, find sponsors, set up tournaments, and deal with the business aspects of things. I also ensure the proper mentality of players for practice, as I have studied sports psychology in relation to esports. I am a bronze player (due to a lack of mechanical skill) but I am very good at my job. I take this very seriously, and will expect the same of you. I watch every league across the globe that I have time to watch, and I keep up on the meta. I will assist in directing champion select and communication efforts until we reach the point where we can acquire an active coach.

We are currently looking for Top and Jungle MAINS who are serious about finding a team and primarily main the role. We practice 7pm EST-11pm EST every day (with a short break for dinner in the middle), solo q days on Friday and Sunday, tournaments on Saturday. The minimum rank requirement is PLAT 2. If you are not that high at least, I will not consider you for a tryout. I don't mean any offense to players under this bar (you are still better than me lol xD), but any lower than that and our ranked fives mmr will suffer. Our goal is to get into the challenger tier next season.
