Do you need a consistent player?

Just got into Plat 5, which matches the highest I've ever been, but I'm probably a high gold level player. I'm getting back into league and looking to play everyday. I'm looking for an active ranked team. I main jungle, but got here playing top and support as well. I enjoy streaming, though no one watches, so be cool with that.
