LF players for new Morning group!!!!!!

ok, i've made some mistakes in the past when i have committed to making a group, am going to use those as learning experiences.

this group if it forms properly will be neat and unique, and will take players who are morning gamers regularly and give them a place to play and enjoy in an organized setting.

there will be rules, that i will follow and enforce.

rules

1. attendance is HUGE, players that are new together want to play early and often, and are distrought when playday is ruined by players not showing up, or showing up late regularly. this will not happen and players will be forgotten about quickly if it does happen.
2. performance is HUGE, im not going to be looking for a set division really, but i am going to be looking at is players expectations that they should have for themselves and that i will have for them in joining the group. in the past i allowed players who were not up to par with playing in a group setting and it cripples a team when they know going into a game that someone will have to be babysat in order to be successful.
3. awareness is HUGE, not going to babysit players with how they should play the role they are choosing to play, and also remember it wont be solo que, so understanding everyones role and not just your own should be expected.

Schedule currently its looking like 10am - 1pm EST there may be small wriggle room once i understand the players coming in, but its a morning / early afternoon team.

Players im looking for looking for late night workers, 2nd shift workers, college kids who are open to morning gaming, stay at home mom/dads, stay at home workers. im looking for players whose lifestyle revolves around being on there computer in the mornings and gaming.

players im NOT looking for summer break players, home school kids, college kids who are off one or two days but go to school the rest, unteachable players.

what i bring to players looking to join is a player who understand the knowledge of the game, and a player who will call out your mistakes and try to make teaching moments out of them. a player who will see and understand your game and limitations and will try to help out with them, or if your unhelpable you'll figure out when i ignore you. a player who is str8 forward and honest.

currently, all roles are open. however it'll fill quick, so i would ask you to fill out a small app and repost here.

example ign = dreamzlol age = 26 ranking = plat 3 role = prefer top > jungle > mid > support > adc str and weaknesses = high game awareness and understands the objective game (str), working on mechanics/tilt happy why morning team = 3rd shift worker, usually around my computer from 8am-3pm daily, love playing league, and enjoy the comradery and team aspects of this game. willing to be patient and understanding that morning teams take longer to fill and am willing to fit what the team is needing
