gold1 team LF members [all roles except mid] to hit plat in 5s!!!!

Hey boards, so I have a team that is currently gold1 and I am looking to get it to plat this season. I think that would be an awesome achievement. We have unfortunately undergone some drastic roster changes and we basically need to fill every spot on the team from scratch. Conditions are below:

-MINIMUM rank in solo q: gold2 (no exceptions, sorry :\ ) -we will try you out for a few games before adding you to our formal roster -be able to work within a team construct (giving as well as receiving criticism/advice in a positive light) -use teamspeak client for voice comms (you can DL easy if you don't already have it) -we do not have set schedules/practices. we have operated under the "we are all active people that are online at least 3 days a week so when we have 5 on we just play". that being said, if I observe that you are not "active" (3 days a week roughly), I will remove you in favor of others. -positions to be filled: jungle, support, adc, top

a few general FYIs: -we will be needing the services of a shotcaller in all liklihood. if you can do this, let me know -I do not care what your champion pools are. as long as you can play your current pool proficiently, that counts for me -we do not condone toxicity. it is a game. we are all people. have some fun in the spirit of competing :)

feel free to add my IGN: "FNC Nails". I probably won't check this thread for responses too often and it will get lost in the abyss of the board posts. Reaching me in the client directly is going to be the easiest way to get me.
