Coach looking for his team.

Hello, you can call me Diz. I am trying to find a highly skilled team to work with. Like many coaches out there right now, I have some experience with both 1 on 1 and team coaching, ranging from bronze to master tier players. I'm most interested in an extra serious setting so that I can see if I can get better at it.

If you find that my rank matters, I'm sure to disappoint. My mechanics are pretty crap. I started this game out at the age of 19 and I'm 26 now. gold and plat are where I'll stay. I firmly believe that knowledge and application are 2 different things.

My style of coaching is authoritarian while still listening to my players concerns. It's easy to gain respect, when its reciprocated and we're all working towards the same goals!

My strength in coaching is definitely my creativity and foresight. for example... I abused lulu and kogmaw before 2017 worlds even started. i predicted hecarim to be strong in this preseason with predator, along with a resurgence of rengar, khazix, azir, bruiser supports, and a shift away from tanks towards bruisers and assassins. i still think that bruisers will eventually come back into top meta soon.

My weakness is in game drafting. Its something I've been working on for a while now. my issue is that I can be slow to pick what we need. I COULD blame time delay issues between the stream and in game, but its something I know i could be better at.
