Gold Mid/Support Looking for a Team or for Coaching

I'm a season one veteran and a Gold level mid laner/support main. I'm finding that i'm stagnating frequently (sometimes even using outdated plays), even if I play ranked matches, which I usually don't (I didn't want to run the risk of somehow losing my season rewards though i'm sitting at 100LP).

I would prefer to join a semi-serious or serious team of Gold + players (the team rank doesn't matter).

OR

I would greatly appreciate some constructive criticism from Plat+ players if they'd like to add me for some normal matches.

I'm honestly looking to improve my game and have fun. Don't worry, if we lose, I'm not going to rage at you though I might be silent for awhile as i'm trying to figure out what I did wrong and what I could do better. The harshest things I'll say are directed at myself, I've honestly gotten over the "My teammates made me lose!" Simply because if everyone says that (Which generally they do) then it all leads back to me in some way or the other.
