Silver mid laner/ adc looking to improve

Hey everyone. I am a silver V player that is definitely in need of help. I'm honestly horrible but I love to play these two roles. if there is anyone willing to coach me that would be great. only thing is that I don't want to be coached by someone who is silver like me and I am just looking for someone who is willing to coach. thank you so much and have a good day :D
