G5 looking for duo (long term)

Hi im currently g5 and looking for a duo, i play Top/JG can fill as adc (being my 3rd best) i want someone that can not only win games in w/e role they may be but someone that communicates well and is looking to climb and put forward the time and dedication that is required.
