Hi, everyone I am Nirvoy, the Captain of the team and i'm looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be playing in the TMG league. So if you are not willing to make a full commitment, please don't apply. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

**Requirements for players: **

  • Must be Gold/Plat
  • be able to deal with negative players and not exhibit such qualities yourself (Zero Toxicity policy)
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scrims/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Requirements for coach/ Analyst:

  • good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

Very flexible for the next 4-5 months. Do you want to be a shotcaller?: No Any prior team experience?: Yes have been part of Diamond-Challenger teams. Also ran a couple high Plat teams. List some of your Strengths: Mechanics, knowledge of the game, communication, following rules/orders (from shotcaller) List a few things you would like to improve on: Bigger champ pool, more practice with champs I dont know as well, and working on my cs a bit more. Reasons for wanting to join such a team: I really enjoyed playing for high caliber teams and after not playing for a very long time I lost touch with a lot of players and lost credibility when my rank was decaded. Now that I have more time on my hands I have got back into the game and become my competitive self again. Also playing with a team and improving together as one is a lot better then solo q. Thanks

Yes. Do you want to be a shotcaller?: I can shotcall, but has room to improve. Any prior team experience?: Yes, team manager, also played support, and mid for a couple of teams (Gold). List some of your Strengths:

  • Adaptability: Can learn how to play with the ADC and adapt to their play style. As well as learn how the team plays and adapt around them.
  • Communication: Communicates with ADC when to go in, play safe, etc. Also communicates with the jungler and rest of the team on what to do and where it is warded and what possible route they should take to gain an advantage. Team Coordinated: Play as a team and help them every chance I get. Pretty much the same as communication. Game Knowledge: Played since Season 3 and I keep semi-up-to-date with the professional scene. I tend to scope out the new meta picks and try them out. Recently started playing a lot again since the end of season 5. List a few things you would like to improve on: Learn to roam mid and top more. Help the jungler invade and keep an eye out more. Learn how the jungle paths and predict where they are in order to play aggressive and learn when it is an optimal time to call the jungler for a gank and make it possible (ie, take our wards, locate them, and tell them where their jungler might be.) Reasons for wanting to join such a team: I miss playing on a team and want to improve my skills again. I am a competitive person and I want to win.
