Hi, everyone I am Nirvoy, the Captain of the team and i'm looking to create a dedicated and determined ranked team with set schedules and practices. I am looking to get together some like-minded people who are willing to put time and effort into a ranked team and will be playing in the TMG league. So if you are not willing to make a full commitment, please don't apply. And finally punctuality is key and will be valued highly.

**Requirements for players: **

  • Must be Gold/Plat
  • be able to deal with negative players and not exhibit such qualities yourself (Zero Toxicity policy)
  • can give and take constructive criticism without hard feelings
  • seriously want to climb
  • has voice communications and working mic
  • punctuality(must be online and not away/ingame when for scrims/ranked/meetings)
  • and last but not the least, enjoys and can have fun

Requirements for coach/ Analyst:

  • good game knowledge and understanding of meta, champions, mechanics and decision making
  • Can help to build synergy between the players and make game plans
  • can give criticism and be able to guide players to improve
  • must be up to date with the current meta/ strategy/ champions/ item builds etc
  • new coaches/ analysts are welcomed

This guy tried out for my team, got accepted, and then randomly quit without giving any information to myself (Team Captain) or anyone else. I would suggest not picking him up for your team.

IGN: dbydalek Rank: Gold 5 Role: Jungle I main Fizz but can also play people like Amumu Maokai LeeSin and a bunch other depending on what you need and how our team comp looks. Can you make the following times? Do you have any prior experience in this position: I played jungle for my ranked team last season and it is my main role.

Arranged teams for LAN tournaments where I live, for online tourneys, and then random team tourneys with random people. List some of your Strengths: Positive criticism, mature handling of things, shotcalling/following up with calls, vicious to learn and get better. List a few things you would like to improve on: Map awareness, team play, and bigger champion pool. Reasons for wanting to join such a team: It looks like an organized team to join, which is what one needs if they want to improve and play seriously, we are all here to have fun but we also want to get better and go somewhere. But i stopped playing league and now coming back at it, want to get that team feel again. List some of your Strengths: Good shotcalling. I can receive and give constructive critics. I rarely get salty or tilted. 7-9 CS/min on main champs. List a few things you would like to improve on: that 1 more cs per min. Decision making in certain situations.
