Trying to start small gaming community

I'm looking for someone with a ts server I could use for a small gaming community that I want to start. I am having a logo made all I need is a ts server. I do not have the funds to buy a ts server and I don't have an extra pc I could host it on so I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has a ts server i could use. The gaming community will be called Blue Mountain Gaming. I also need people to help me recruit for and run the ts server . Any help would be great.
