Gold V mid laner/jungler looking for a team.

Hey guys, I am a mid laner/jungler who is done with their lone wolf journey, so I'd like to look for a team to play with.

Strongest Mid Champs: Fizz, Yasuo, Swain, Brand, Talon, Zed, Lulu, Nidalee, Malzahar, and Veigar.

Strongest Jungle Champs: Fizz, Xin Zhao, Rengar, Amumu, Master Yi, Diana, and Kindred.

I am currently trying to improve with: Kindred, Yasuo, Rammus, and Elise.

What am I looking for: A chill ranked 5v5's team that isn't afraid to break the meta, or a band of players to stomp normals with.
