LF duo to climb with

I main support, but I am trying to climb out of my low rank and I would rather pick push/carry roles for now. I was silver 1 last season and I am taking this season a bit more seriously with some higher goals. I need a partner who is calm, and level headed, but can lead a team if needed. I require you to have good ratios and I do not use discord.
