LF team to grow and play with in Ranked

Basically I'm a b3 Top laner main with a weird love for jhin (I can adc if needed but prefer my top lane) And I have always wanted to play on a team and be able to communicate with my teammates. I have always loved games like League in the way of teamwork and having to coordinate with your teammates but because typing is too inconvenient for instantaneous notification I would like to have a voice chat/call with my teammates. Over all I'm looking for 4 other people to make a ranked team with so we can all talk over discord or Curse or whatever you guys want so that I can grow with my team and eventually be able to rank up to a high elo. I will admit I do struggle with over aggression and it's another reason I wish to be able to actually talk to my team so they can help me curb my over aggression and tell me when to back off. If you are interested in making a team or already have a team and want me to join please post here. I'm aware most people won't want a low ranked noob like me but I would really appreciate a higher elo player either coaching me or even allowing me to play on a team with him/her team so they can teach me what I need to know. Again I really want to build a team with friends that can get along and continue this for a long time. Please let me know if you want to join a team or already have one!!!
