Relax & Try Hard is a dedicated Ranked 5s Flex Club; a group of mature and friendly players focused on teamwork and maximizing win percentage.

Pre-made flex teams are assembled by placing each player into their main roles; this idea is the backbone of the club.

• Players’ stats and histories must reflect that of what they claim their main role or roles to be.
• All players’ champions played for each game must have a Mastery rating of 4+ unless a proven smurf or ALL members of the team are confident in your abilities with a champion you have little proven experience with.
• Players try to play champs they have high win rates with (not necessary, but encouraged).

When these fundamental principles are followed,

• The chance of winning is greatly increased, assuming that the enemy does not follow the same principles.
• Members of the team will have more confidence in their teammates and their abilities to make plays.
• Members of the team will more likely do their jobs correctly.
• Players are held more accountable for carrying themselves and not being carried by the team.
• Awesome plays can be made with your champions that you can’t normally do in solo or with other teams.

Each member must have the Discord Voice Chat app downloaded. You don’t have to have a mic or talk, but you must be able to hear the strategy and objective calls being made.

• You can use any type of headphones to listen.
• Webcams have microphones as well as cameras most times.
• You have the ability to download the app to your phone and listen and talk through there.

_New guests that join into one of the club’s 5 man pre-mades are expected to follow the fundamental principles of the club, be able to give and take criticism constructively, simply be friendly, and work together as a team. After approximately 2-5 games you will be accepted into the club and made a “Flex Affiliate” in the discord channel with your main roles labeled in your profile by the owner or an officer.

_In-Game Strategy

• As a generalized rule with exceptions, all teams will consist of an even Mix of AP damage and AD damage to ensure the enemy does not maximize their build by being able to leave Armor or Magic resist out of their budget.
• As a generalized rule with exceptions, all teams will have at least either 1 Full CC tank or 2 tanky bruisers. (In medieval times archers stood behind heavy metal soldiers with swords and shields. In the world wars, ranged soldiers stood behind heavy metal tanks, in WOW tanky orcs took the damage from the Bosses and the mages/marksmen stood behind). Its basic strategy.

Summoner Name: BreathNrelaX Main roles: Adc then support. I can fill all the roles well though. Experience: I’ve been playing on and off since season 2 and I main Ashe, but I really am good at all the roles and fill well, I have High Mastery in many champs in many roles, I mainly play tank junglers and play all the supports. Have many ADCs mastered. How I would fit into this club: I think working with a team where everyone knows what they are doing with their roles and champs would maximize my use of ashe and the other adcs. Now even if you are say a main in 2-3 roles, it may be determined based on stats and histories that you are labeled only to be able to play 1 role for the team. This is not to say you aren’t good, but someone else’s stats and recent activity show they are more experienced at the other role at this time. We want to place everyone in the best possible position based upon the factual data. I understand this may come out to seem bias at time.
