Looking for Duo to climb out of ELO

I have just played 2 games in a row where someone mid/top/bot fed the enemy, and then stopped playing. Had a karthus go 0/10/0. Not even an assist, as karthus..

Could someone please friend and help me get out of this hellhole I am at 50lp now I was literally at 95 about to get out [not even out of ELO hell just out of B5] and people in my game literally told me "I am B5 with 0LP I dont care if we win or loose". So i have people that are just inting, I really need a duo partner that knows what they are doing. I would be more than happy to play in some normals if you would like to see how i play, I would be more than happy to.
