I'm a master tier ADC /Jung main and I'm swapping a smurf over to LAN the acc will be Unranked and I am looking for other high elo people to swap over with me on a smurf to grind to challenger

Cause I don't enjoy solo carrying, it's nice to have the reassurance to rely on another lane to win aswell

No why change servers to grind to challenger. I guess unless that server had better ping I guess.

Well atm if your ISP is rogers you have a 50% chance of getting screwed by riot atm with your ping and atm my ping is very high on NA and it's 88 on LAN
